EMBROIDERY
Using the latest technologies from Barudan and Melco, we offer 16-color embroidery on the industry's fastest machines. Our machines can stitch up to 1,500 stitches per minute - 1/3 faster than conventional machines. Our embroidery staff has over 10 years of experience in the industry.
Embroidery prices are based on the size of the design (per 1,000 stitches) and the quantity of garments sewn. For example, a 10,000 stitch design at .50 per 1,000 stitches results in a embroidery price of $5.00. Minimum charges may apply and a premiums can apply for difficult placement. See our pricing guide or request a quote for more details. Normal embroidery turnaround is 6-10 working days. Rush service is available for an additional charge.
DIGITIZING
The process of translating a design to stitch is called digitizing. All designs must be digitized in order for embroidery machines to read them. Once the design is digitized, we sew a sample for your approval before proceeding with your order. This is a critical part of the embroidery process. Our digitizers have over 15 years experience.
Pricing for digitizing is a one-time fee and varies on the size and complexity of the design. Prices begin around $50 with most designs costing around $100. If you do not have a design, we have access to over 20,000 pre-digitized designs that can be used for no cost or purchased for a small fee. We also have approximately 300 pre-digitized fonts available at no cost. Normal turnaround time for digitizing is 2-3 working days. PATCHES
In addtion to direct embroidery, we also offer embroidered patches in both heat-sealed and non heat-sealed versions. Pricing for patches varies by the patch size and stitch count. Although there are no minimums for patches, it is substantially more cost-effective to start at 25 for large patches and 50 for small patches. Normal turnaournd time for patches is 4 weeks.
